New paper published on the relevance of feminist theory to men’s domestic abuse victimisation

Professor Nicole Westmarland and Dr Stephen Burrell have just had a new paper published in the journal Criminology and Criminal Justice. It discusses how feminist theory can help us to make sense of and address men’s experiences of domestic abuse, based on research with the Respect UK Men’s Advice Line. The article is entitled ”I’m a red-blooded male’: Understanding men’s experiences of domestic abuse through a feminist lens’, and it is available open access so anyone can read it for free.
